Terms and Conditions of access and use of the “web” of GRUPO SERHOS Food Service, S.L.

1. Ownership of the “web site”
GRUPO SERHOS Food Service, S.L. with address in Madrid, Calle Antonio Lopez 249 and N.I.F. B62419593 and registered in the Mercantile Registry of Madrid, is the owner of the “web site” http://www.gruposerhos.com (in hereinafter the "web page"), making it available to Internet users in order to provide information about GRUPO SERHOS.

2. Communication of the domain names of GRUPO SERHOS to the corresponding registries
GRUPO SERHOS Food Service, S.L. In compliance with the provisions of article 9 of Law 34/2002 of July 11 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, it has communicated the domain names currently in use to the Mercantile Registry of Madrid.

3. General conditions of use of the "web" page and acceptance of the same
These general conditions of use of the "web" page, together with the particular conditions that may be established, are intended to regulate and information to users of the "web" page.
The "browsing" and the use of the services of the "web" page imply the acceptance as a user, and without reservations of any kind, of all the general conditions of use and any others that may exist in relation to the provision of services by GRUPO SERHOS Food Service, SL

Therefore, any use and/or reproduction of the same is prohibited without the express consent of GRUPO SERHOS Food Service, S.L. 6. Obligations of the user.

8. Applicable legislation
The relations established between the User and the owner of the "web" page will be governed by the provisions of the current regulations regarding the applicable legislation and the competent jurisdiction. However, for cases in which the regulations allow the possibility for the parties to voluntarily submit to a jurisdiction, GRUPO SERHOS Food Service, S.L. and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona. In any case, the rules of the Spanish Legal System will be applicable.
